Chuck is basically her rival as he prevents her to become the new samurai like she always wanted to.She supports Hank more than anyone else from the start to the end of the film and viceversa.It's unknown if she's adopted or was born but since she is a persian cat like Yuki (her mother), it can techincally be said that she is in fact born from her,.
Unlike Hank, it's unknown when she discovered her interest in becoming a samurai like Hank but it's likely she seeing her Mr Samurai fighting the bad cats before he gave up.
She first appears vandalizing the town's main sign with her three friends until she notices that the bad cats are coming to destroy the town, he informs anyone and goes to call Mr Samurai who thought that he knew what to do, turned out to be what he couldn't do and as such Mr Samurai left and Kakamucho was surrounded to destruction, she then appears looking to be the town's new samurai but her chances are always ruined by Chuck who basically everyone agress with everytime he says an idea, she gets dissapointed until the new samurai (a beagle dog named Hank) comes to the town riding a horse, after realizing first, she tries to tell everyone that the new samurai is dog but since she's up, everyone can't hear her, finally Hank reveals himself to the town and everyone except her starts chasing him, after Hank reveals he's a samurai with his cup with "SAMURAI" written on it, Hank finally meets her, who tells Hank that she knows a few things about samurai, Hank then tries to convience her to be his mentor but it's ruined by another persian cat named Yuki (her mother) who hits him with a map and takes her away from Hank however she still gives him a thumbs up, after Hank meets Jimbo with him not wanting to teach Hank, she succesfully conveinces Jimbo to train him to be a samurai with her cuteness, she later is seen fighting Sumo, a big tough cat but her chances are ruined again this time thanks to Hank who takes her samurai sword/blade, although she's angry with him at first, she supports him during the fight, Hank wins with the help of Jimbo and everyone including her calls Hank a hero, later at night she and Yuki give Hank a bone as a congratulation gift (with Hank romantically flirting with Yuki), she later is seen with Hank and Sumo outside at the bridge where she makes various origamis including a Hank one who she gives to him, after Hank is invited to Ika Chu's private nightclub, she feels betrayed after the town is destroyed and tells Hank to go away, he does so but the origiami she made for him makes him return to Ika Chu's palace, Hank finally then returns to Kakamucho where he reveals his plan to the inhabitants including her, after succesfully starting a war with Ika Chu's army, Toshi arrives to his surprise of all the battle that's been happening as such he approves of Hank's execution and before Hank was executed by Ohga, he is saved by Jimbo who teams up with him to defeat Ika Chu, after Hank fights with Ika Chu, he flushes Ika Chu's giant jade toilet and causes a flood, everyone starts digging after Hank suggests but her friends fall into the flood with her climbing up a tree to save them but she also falls, everyone then work together to save them and after succesfully doing so, she becomes the new samurai thanks to Hank (who thinks she deserves it more than him), she's given her samurai sword/blade and Toshi takes her on his horse and everyone (except Hank and Jimbo) celebrate her being the new samurai.
